Stops along the way in Phan Thiet – from a light breakfast to visits at NovaWorld, beach check-ins and local exploration – helped everyone transition from daily routines into a more relaxed and open mindset. Upon arrival at Asteria Mui Ne Resort, the pace naturally shifted – more measured, more immersive and fully centered on experience.

The premium resort setting was leveraged to its full potential, allowing team members time to recharge before afternoon activities. A visit to the Wine Castle added a distinctive touch to the itinerary, enriching the overall experience with both leisure and exploration. Rather than opting for a conventional evening, EcoWash curated a beachfront campfire program under the theme “Burning Passion – Determined to Succeed.” The vibrant atmosphere, interactive group activities, performances and shared moments quickly broke down barriers, fostering genuine connection across the team.
